Description
Stiffen Technologies is looking for a project coordinator who can work alongside the Project Manager to track, gather and dispense all of the information for the various team members who need to do their jobs effectively, therefore keeping the entire project running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- On daily basis - perform a variety of tasks such as (but not limited to) organize meetings; arrange for meetings between team members, key stakeholders; record minutes at meetings; keep detailed project notes and records; create project schedules; monitor project progress, budget; track and manage incoming paperwork; keep all members of the team up-to-date with current information and paperwork; communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency, etc. therefore making sure all project information is well organized and coordinated among project team members.
- Assist the related department in managing requests for new projects, changes related to project’s scopes, cost, schedule, and quality, ensure the Project Managers are well informed about any changes hence enable proper actions to be taken place in a timely manner.
- Perform any other tasks, activities assigned by the direct line manager
Qualifications
- University or college degree preferable in Computer Science, Business Administration.
- Candidate with a record of formal training related to project management is preferable.
- Have at least 2-years of experience involving in project activities.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Familiar with project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
